Based on your subscription level we follow-up on your behalf so you stay top-of-mind with your prospects—without lifting a finger.

How does SyncQuote communicate with my prospects? We use a mix of personalized emails and SMS messages (depending on your subscription tier). With Pro & Elite plans, all outreach is branded to look like it’s coming directly from your company, not a third party. For Starter Plans, email follow-ups come from "your business name"@syncquote.com. For SyncQuote Phone Agent Add-on: All phone calls, are made on your behalf, we will never mention we're calling from SyncQuote.

How many follow-ups do you make per quote? We’ve designed proven systematic touch sequences: Up to 12 touches: 4 emails + 4 texts + 4 phone calls(With SyncQuote Phone Agent Add-on) This research-backed, proven, structured approach maximizes your close rate without overwhelming prospects. Usually if no purchasing decision is made after these systemized follow-ups, we reassess with you and decide how you would like us to proceed.

How do I track what’s happening with my quotes? You are always CC'd on all email follow-ups and you get weekly reports where you can see: Which quotes we’re working on Follow-up status Customer responses Closing metrics You’ll always know where each opportunity stands. As soon as we hear they're ready to close, we let you know so you can close the deal!

What industries or trades do you work with? We work with all types of home service companies and contractors! If you send quotes, SyncQuote can help you close more of them.

How soon will I see results? Most clients start seeing higher response rates within the first week of using SyncQuote. Our consistent, professional follow-up quickly reactivates quotes that would otherwise be lost.

Do you replace my sales team? Not at all—we support your sales team! Your reps keep selling and sending quotes, while we make sure none of their hard work goes to waste. Think of us as your “sales safety net.” We make it easy for you and your sales team to close more deals.
